With this technique, we are able to cut the finest of details while keeping the integrity of the paper intact. Delivery Time:
Orders shipped UPS ground will be processed and shipped between 7 - 10 business days.
Orders shipped UPS 2nd Day will be processed and shipped between 3 - 5 business days.
Generally orders are shipped within 48 hours if all items are in stock. If you need your product sooner than the times noted above, please call before placing your order. We will always do what ever we can to accommodate your situation.
The above pertains to items in stock. If an item is out of stock and won’t ship with the rest of your order, you will be notified by our customer care representative.

Samples
All samples are shipped USPS free of charge regardless of option chosen. If you need expedited shipping for samples please contact customer care. All sample invitations include the applicable envelope as well.
Returns/Claims Policy:
• Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported within 10 days of our recorded ship date. No returns for damaged merchandise accepted without prior authorization and an RA# provided by Paper Orchid.
• No returns accepted after 30 days.
• Sale and sample products are non-returnable.
• All custom merchandies is non-refundableand non-returnable.
• Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• All other returns are at the cost of the customer.
Ordering, payments and tracking:
We use a secure shopping cart, so all your private information is safe during transmission. We accept major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. After submitting payment online, you will receive a confirmation email. Please print this and keep it for your records. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.
Custom Printing:
Minimum quantity for custom printing is 50. The customer is solely responsible for the content on his/her product. We will not reproduce anything obscene and we reserve the right to refuse an order based on content. Please make sure to double check spelling, punctuation, and grammar before submitting your order.
Once a custom order is submitted, the customer will receive a proof via email within 1 business day (24 hours). It is the customer's responsibility to send back an approval via email. Once the approval has been received the order will go to print and standard processing and delivery times apply from that point. If you have questions regarding this process, please feel free to email us.
At Home Printing:
We have templates available on our Imprintable Template page to help you get the proper print at home. Please note that our papers have recently been changed and we no longer recommend them to be printed with an inkjet printer. You'll receive a beautiful printout when using a laser printer or thermography machine.
Dealer Accounts:
If you own a stationery or gift store and would like to open a wholesale account, please contact us at 866.280.2125. You will be asked to provide your resale number and your company letterhead and then we will provide you with a login and password to order online. Net terms do not apply to online orders.
